Wednesday, July 18, 2012. This is so easy and sooooooo good! 2 squared unsweetened chocolate. 3 tablespoons light corn syrup. Add chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour into unbanked pie shell. Bake at 340 for 25 or 30 minutes. Do not overbake, it should shake like custard. Serve with sweetened whipping cream. Try just whipping your cream to a gravy consistency and then added 2 tbs sugar and a tsp vanilla. I love the soft creamy consistency versus a stiff whipped cream. This is soooo good! .

Tuesday, August 28, 2012. Everyone knows how much I love Dessert Delights. I was thrilled to discover that there are three new flavors! Lemon Square, Rootbeer Float and Rainbow Sherbet. I have tried them all and they definitely taste like you are eating dessert. But without the sugar or calories! Do as I do, and ignore your thoughts about the chemicals it takes to taste so real. Instead, sit back, chew the gum, and enjoy the show.
